  • Continue living at your current residence.
  • Continue making your mortgage or rent payments.
  • Continue to use your credit as you normally would.
  • Continue working at your current place Of employment.
  • Keep your same insurance company.
  • Stay current on all existing accounts.

DON’T’S

  • Change your employment or marital status.
  • Make any major purchases.
  • Change bank accounts.
  • Make any large cash deposits into your bank accounts.
  • Transfer any balances from one account to another.
  • Close any credit card accounts.
  • Consolidate your debt onto one or two credit cards.
  • Apply for new credit or open a new credit or open a new credit card account.
  • Max-out or overcharge on your credit card accounts.
  • Take out a new loan or co-sign on a loan.
  • Pay off any loans or credit cards, charge- offs or collections without first discussing with me.
  • Finance any elective medical procedures.
  • Start any home improvement projects.
